To maximize the space available under these bunk beds, we've put in two drawers for clothes and toys. They're easy to open: mounted on unidirectional casters. The drawers have cut-out handles, so your kids don't get hurt when they climb out of bed.
 

A robust structure
These super-robust children's bunk beds are made entirely from solid wood. South Shore Furniture always meets current standards, so we've made sure this piece is very safe, with spaced ladder rungs and raised edges around the top bunk. We recommend the use of a mattress less than 7½" thick. As a safety measure, children less than 6 years old shouldn't sleep in the top bunk
